I just want to say a big thank you to I believe her name was Myana. She was so helpful when I called. Been a customer for couple month I have never had a bad experience till today with the store Manager Nici she said I could not make a payment for my husband because I was not an authorized user, have never been asked to have one on my account nor my husband. Will pay off and never take out again…. She said why doesn’t he call and make a payment over the phone so me in person cannot make a payment but someone over the phone which you cannot ID or verify him makes no sense.
