  If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would!!! Be careful of the "so called manager " (Lynda V. located at the 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd, Ste E1 Las Vegas, NV 89146 office) She is a LIAR and SCAMMER! When communicating with Lynda regarding my loan I asked to set a payment arrangement to pay the balance off due to me relocating from Vegas, Lynda agreed, I sent my debit card via email per her request and said to debit my account for my initial payment. Literally 10 minutes later Lynda stated that she changed her mind and that they would need a FULL $3800 dollars when I only borrowed $2000 with interest totaled $2883.06 per my contract. I requested via email for a reasoning as to how quickly Lynda changed her mind, yet Lynda refused to answer my question via email, yet she only wanted to talk over the phone (MAJOR RED FLAG). For the past hour I started getting phone calls from some random men saying where do I live so they can "repo" my car. When calling other USA locations to file a complaint I spoke to Gloria who stated her name was Ana the real manager, Gloria then proceeded to put the "real Ana" on the phone after I asked for their Corporates phone number, they claim there is no Corporate number nor anyone to file a complaint. When speaking to Ana- I stated, I have all emails that I have been trying to make a payment with Lynda as she refused, Ana completely disregarded my complaint. They are ALL in this scam together and LIARS. Lynda will beg you via text and phone calls to give her a good review, again, major red flag. This company should NOT be in business. Pleaseeee take your business elsewhere. I ended up sending a cashier check for $700 less than Lynda told me which she was trying to scam me for an extra $700. DO NOT take a loan out with this company

  This was certainly a very unpleasant experience. This person disappeared until a repo company located her months later in another state. Our staff managers do everything to avoid repossession, we derive no benefit from a repo, we would always prefer to complete the loan and work through any difficulty with clients. USA Money Today will not be doing business with this person at any point in the future.

  Claudia was a real life saver! She made the entire experience super easy and was so informative and explained the payment plans and the schedule. She got me an excellent rate and I found her to be the most delightful person I've ever met. If you ever visit this title loan office, ask for Claudia!
