      Banking with Dollar Savings Direct for more than 10 years and all has been without any difficulty. Interest rate is among the best for basic savings, and logon / site navigation and provided documents are simple. Tax information , transaction history, linking outside accounts for funds transfers in and out. Remember to allow a day or two for transfers to be verified available. Also, I have not had to call or contact for customer service, so I can not speak to that.

      I was with Dollar Savings Direct, and My Savings Direct, and I never had a problem with neither. If you want to ask a live person a question, you can call them, and they are very nice and very helpful, I just wish their rate would go up because I would go back to them. The website is easy to navigate, I really liked doing business with them, but their interest rate is too low.
