      The staffs here are friendly, professional and helpful. we opened an account when we lived in another state and totally forgot about it. The manager Iris informed us about that account and its balance. We were so grateful for her honesty.

      The worst bank ever!!!!!! I am really very disappointed with this bank. a few weeks ago I took 20 minutes in the drive in to deposit money. And today, I deposited $ 400 and the person counted only 300 and when I realized it I call them and the woman tells me that it is my mistake while I am 100% sure that I gave her $400. How that can be possible?!?!?! I always have problem with this bank in Ossining but the other one are pretty good.
