      This branch gave us the worst customer service. My husband is POA of his mothers finances. There is a copy on file. He has done multiple transactions at the Davison office. We needed a copy of the June statements and first they said we needed the hard copy. Then they said they couldn’t read the signature. They were rude and unyielding. As soon as we can we will be closing ALL accounts there and never recommend this financial institution.

      This has nothing to do with any branch ,I love the people at my branch in Lapeer they are awesome,ALL of them, what is IRRITATING ME , is waiting on hold for 25-30 every Time I cal in,l if your having trouble finding people to answer a phone how bout you let each branch take care of their own customers needs so we don't have to spend hours of time waiting on the phone. Again I'll have to call back another day after 15 mins on hold.
