      Don't plan on ever speaking to a human when dealing with this credit union, it doesn't matter what branch, they never answer the phone. Especially the Unity branch. How do you provide customer service if you never answer the phone. What a complete joke.

      The bank looks great, but does the bank only have one phone because when you call it's always busy. So I sometimes have to call the belfast branch!
