      They are so unbelievably rude but it's the only credit union around so they know they can get away with it.. you just have to put up with their BS.

      This is the kind of financial institution that snidely states that changing currency for coin is a “special privilege” for members, which makes it the kind of financial institution I would never entrust with my finances
