Had all my paper work for a $3500 ring that was real diamond and soild gold, custom made by a very popular and high class fine jewelry store in stevens point, was involved with the entire process of having the ring made, and once again had paper work, insurance, all that with me, the old rude woman in there offered $160 for the ring claiming it was is plated gold with zero explanation as to why! Brought it to another place and they confirmed my ring was 100% real, I have never been so mad at a business in my life!!! Do not go this this shop!!! they clearly have no problem not only lying and insulting their customers, they will ripe you off for hundreds of dollars if you give them the opportunity. ZERO STARS!!!
