  My husband and I work with Drake Bank to finance our small business. There are other banks closer to our home, but the support and personal attention we get from the Drake Team is excellent. Every time we call, a real person answers and assistance is immediate. Bravo

  I went to this bank because they were the issuer of a payroll check I had received and I had been in the area it was closer than going to my regular Bank. They then proceeded to charge me $20 to cash that payroll check which I found predatory. Since they were the issuer of that payroll check I found that to be a little odd. They then proceeded to make me wait almost 25 minutes because I told the manager it was predatory. I then had to call the bank and speak to somebody on the phone for them to cash my check because they had me fingerprint and write my phone number on it and decided halfway through that transaction that they weren't going to take my check at all which they issued. I'm unsure what the $20 service fee was but I did not get $20 worth of service from this bank today

  Our staff don't want to go Drake Bank. Some of the staff are rude and condescending. they never take any responsibility and it's always about the other people. If you are a person of color, you need to be careful.
