Due to a few dings on my credit report, I was denied a refinance through Chase bank. My credit score was sitting at 633. Everything i read online suggested to not pay the creditors and my credit would suffer for another 7 years. Given really poor advice from another local lender to accept a FHA loan and then after work on fixing my credit. Then i contacted Raymond Bravo from DK Mortgage. He advised me on my best options. I have paid off the creditors and requested letters of deletion from them. 6 out of 7 collections have come off my credit report in less than a months time. My score shot up immediately and i closed on a conventional refi that is saving me a lot of money. I didnt know that this was an option. I would not have known if it wasn't for the honesty and sound advice from Raymond Bravo. The previous lender was trying to take advantage of my situation i had got myself into. Raymond Bravo is a honest man who will work to help you. It is hard to know who you can trust. That is the most important thing in making the biggest investment of most of our lives. Our home!
