      Merger with first Midwest is a terrible experience - debit card activation won’t allow you to press ‘1’ for English, doesn’t recognize last 4 digits of tax ID when trying to access, no ‘after hours’ support and when you get support they hang up, wait times up to 3 hours. Trying to sign in online - user ID/password combination sent doesn’t work, password locked using password PROVIDED, requested email to reset password which never came…. Going to the branch when open doesn’t provide much more help as the staff doesn’t have all of the answers, not enough staff to handle the COMPLETELY FULL parking lot and waits in excess of 90 minutes
