We did a refinance to take advantage of the lower rates. Everything went very smooth. The communication was great. We were informed of the progress each step of the way. All we had to do is send the initial documents and next thing you know we were signing the closing papers. I would Highly recommend Mark and his team at Draper and Kramer for your next mortgage loan or refinance! 2021 This was our second refinance with Draper and Kramer and Mark Brannon. Everything was explained to us and the process was so quick with very little effort on our part. We sent in the initial paperwork on line and most documents were e signed. I would highly recommend Draper and Kramer for a mortgage loan or refinance!
