  Martin is a magician! We closed on our new house in early January thanks to him. He was fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive all along the process and found us a great, unbeatable rate along with almost $4k in lender credits. I have a good credit score, but some bigger banks I applied for gave me an average interest rate, whereas the rate Martin found was 0.375% lower than my other 3 quotes (which saved me around $100 in monthly payments). I even recommended Martin to a good friend of mine, who was in the process of closing but having problems with his lender due to some outrageous unforeseen expenses that were not communicated earlier. He was about to lose the house, but Martin came in clutch and saved the day, closed everything in less than a week with even a lower rate. I definitely recommend Martin Farris and Dream Home Funding to everyone who want to buy their dream home.

  This man is my HERO...I went from a 30 to 15 year loan with him with complete ease and I am SO GLAD I listened to my coworker at the time who had also used this company's services and just happened to mention it to me out of the blue one day.

  I'm sorry you feel this way, but I also have no idea who you are and no record of you having applied for a mortgage with us. Considering I have literally 1,000's of happy clients that all came to me through referrals, yours seems to be a very outlier opinion. Assuming again that I have ever even spoken with you, which seems unlikely.
