Just went through the drive thru and was told I NEEDED to have everything ready for the teller before I get there because she’s the only one working that day. All I wanted was cash back on my check deposit and filled out a deposit slip. She was nonchalant rude about the whole transaction. Honestly, she seemed frustrated before even doing my transaction! My normal branches are Bronson and Gainesville. Will NOT be returning to this location ever again. The date was 12/23/19! You should have more than one teller helping her if she cannot handle only two lanes!!
