      They have fixed our requests and been very responsive. The flower beds had a variety of evergreens planted that I emded up digging up and putting some in large pots out back. I love the inside layout of the home and how cool the downstairs stay, which saves a TON on electricity. Doing one year inspection in a couple weeks, this is nice for any nail pops, grout cracks, foundation, or building issues for them to fix.

      The driveways are too steep and your car will drag on some, other than that the homes appear very nice.

      Just moved in to a new home a couple of months ago. First day we moved in the dishwasher didn’t work due to it being plugged. Took 2 weeks for someone to come out and take the plug out. Noticed we have a roof leak coming into the garage. Called customer service and they said it will take about 7 days to get out here to fix it, and since then we have had flooding (To bad it was supposed to rain all weekend). Other than that, make sure, as always, to do a thorough check after they build your home. We worked with a great realtor, however. Update: Oct 5 2021. Roofer came out and patched the roof. Dsld wanted to wait until the next rain to see if we still had a leak. We still have a leak after the past couple days rain. Called the customer care number and they offered to send someone out to cover up the mold spots on the ceiling. Needless to say we dont want to cover them up. We need new Sheetrock and repairs after the leak is fixed. Posting new photo of a water drop from the ceiling.
