      DuTrac Community Credit Union is the best bank ever! I called so many times from oversees to get some help with address changes, forgot my password, needed help with some other stuff....all employees I talked to, are more than professional and customer friendly, they are perfect with everything they do! I feel blessed to be a customer of DuTrac Community Credit Union....thanks to all of you guys for being so awesome and always there for me! Thank you so much! I wish you were here in Germany!

      Current girls in there are super unprofessional... if you're gonna run your mouth about somebody you should do it after they leave.... has happened multiple times and I'm not happy about it. I've have an account there since my mom's death at 1 years old and now I don't even feel comfortable going to the bank I've gone to LITERALLY MY WHOLE LIFE....

      I went into the branch for help with a problem on my account because of the banks error and talked with a personal banker in one of the offices there and she assured me she would take care of it right away ( that was almost a week ago)but today I checked my account and she didn't take care of it and caused me to accrue more fees on my account. I trusted her to take care of their mistake but now she caused more problems.
