      DuTrac is the WORST financial institution in the Quad Cities. They have no concept of what proper customer service is. Even the “managers” are terrible. Their customer service is stuck in 1946. Their entire team needs to be professionally trained by an outside organization who specializes in Client Relations with an emphasis of how to retain customers. Their online banking is awful & they do not even have withdrawal or deposit slips. Save yourself some grief and go ANYWHERE but DuTrac.
