I was there on Monday to do a simple transaction didn't have my member number from another credit union came back on Wednesday and they couldn't cash a 25 dollar check waste of time costomer service does not exist there

I had a DECENT motor vehicle loan with Dupaco but when I tried to go for a mortgage application @Chris Hurley literally took all of my information, I went in to give all my financials, I called multiple times, spoke with his superiors and yet still....never received interaction back. What a waste of time. I can't wait to just pay off my truck and be done with this annoying lack of customer service.
