      I was working on a loan for a client here in Montana. The deal was incredibly complex. Dustin was connected to my client through a mutual friendship. Dustin jumped in and helped my client in ways I couldn’t. He could have easily taken the deal from me, but he helped the client and myself over numerous hurdles and we were able to get the house closed.       Dustin Brown went above and beyond during every step of our home buying process. We were able to contact him directly to answer any and all questions. Dustin worked with title, the seller's agent, the seller himself, and loan processers to facilitate a smooth transaction for all parties. When the seller and his agent had a disagreement, Dustin also worked to resolve their struggles so that my purchase was in no way impacted. Without Dustin, we would have never survived this process, and thanks to him we are living in our wonderful new home! We are 3 time, repeat customers, and will NEVER buy a home without him.
