  He is the worst person i work with he he charges me for my Mortgage to much and one month he Sale me for another bank and the charges me more money the monthly payment because he don't do the math right so my monthly bill go up bad person never called me back

  I first looked at the major lenders, my bank, local credit unions and those lenders I saw on TV before committing to AMCAP. I found AMCPA to have aggressive pricing, extremely transparent and a clean and easy process. I had several folks who guided me through the process. Don was always available checking in, seeing if I had any questions. Which oddly enough, I did - I just hadn’t asked him. When we were finding a home Brian Mathison who was another LO made himself available if Dustin wasn't. Kelsey FitzGerrell was our Processor and stayed on top of everything. Plus, they had a really cool app for my phone which made uploading documents a heck of a lot easier than trying to scan or fax them in. The app also kept me updated as to any outstanding items and status changes. The team also helped me sign the final documents while I was on the road moving from California to Houston, which could have been a logistical nightmare. Thanks AMCAP Team!
