      Dylan, Christi, and Mary were extremely helpful, informative, and most importantly accessible during the loan process. Their turnaround times for emails were faster than anyone else we were involved with in the month before closing. This is our first home and having someone reliable to answer questions really makes a huge difference. I didn't have a very conventional work history but Dylan and team worked with us and made it happen. The process really made me feel like we weren't just numbers on a spreadsheet and reassured me that there wouldn't be any big rug pulling surprises after pre-approval. In the end, we got a very competitive rate for a condo in our area (we checked a couple of other places). And on top of all that, they helped us shop for an insurance provider and kept in touch with us even after funding. I would absolutely recommend Dylan and team to anyone who is looking for a lender.
