      Never ever doing business with Eagle One Federal Credit Union. They sent my entire debt which I was supposed to pay in 7 years to collection due to lateness in 2 payments only. But before this, they came to my house at 3 am an they basically violated my property and STOLE my car with no warnings! I was forced to pay MORE THAN THREE TIMES what I owed to be able to recover my car which is vital for me to be able to go to work. And not only this but I later received a letter saying that the entire balance had been sent to collection. Fortunately, I was able to pay my car in full and thankfully I don’t have to deal with this horrible company anymore. We are going through a historic pandemic and these people are ruthless with the wrong clients. I am a hard working single mom and I had been making my payments religiously. I’m so thankful I got rid of these hideous people.

      They change my credit cards and couldn't give me basic info how to pay it and charged me late fees when I finally figured out how to pay it. Any bank would be better than this credit union

      Lousy customer service. Phone is not answered or immediately put on hold. I am going to find another credit union. I was stuck with this credit union when my old one was absorbed by this one.
