      I only use this credit union for my auto loan. I haven’t had any issues with my loan and I’m also my done paying it. I would send my check here so I could receive it sooner but they aren’t open enough for me, that’s why I only rated 4 stars. I would rarely have access to customer service regarding my money. My bank has 24-hour telephone customer service, that’s where my check goes... on occasions when I do call the EOFCU, the staff is always helpful. Cons: Very limited hours Very limited locations

      The absolute worst credit union ever. They lose paperwork. They lie over the phone and say they will take care of what you asked for, and, they don’t. If someone identity thefts your card, they will make you do the leg work of calling the companies to get your money back. The online banking is always having technical issues, so, you won’t be able to check your account at will. I really could go on and on about the multiple issues I’ve had over the years. Pick a different cu. This bank is terrible.
