  This was the only place out of 11 that I called that had parts for my car. They sold me them at a fair price and even threw in extra parts I ended up needing.

  Was looking for an 08 Passat rear windshield because mines got destroyed from a bird dropping a small rock (I wish I was kidding but cameras tell me otherwise) and happened to stumble across their store on eBay. Tons of parts online which made finding what I need quick and efficient, so plus on that. Decided to give them a call since a brand new one was $250. Person on the phone was nice and courteous; requested a quote on the item listed on eBay and if there was a local price to which we struck a deal on since it was only 10 minutes away from me. Went over the same morning to pick up. Was a bit confusing on who to talk to but there's a big metal door that you enter by ringing the doorbell (also kind of hard to tell where if it's your first time). Got to the counter and was greeted by the receptionist (forgot who but there were 2 people with the same name I believe). I told them my order, paid and received the item as described! Overall a great experience and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be coming back to them for future parts should I need them since they have a wide variety selection and easy to navigate eBay store to get what I need. I see that they buy junk cars, so that's something I might try out in the future and update the review accordingly when I do decide that.

  Seemed like a decent place when I called yesterday for some parts spoke to a nice women over the phone fender $75 and a passenger marker light $30 !! Showed up today a bald headed gentleman at the counter quoted $175 for the fender and $35 for the marker light? I was hustled for sure and didn’t appreciate that since it was allready quoted by Sam well they will crush that car anyway, it’s bad business my friend u have a lot of good reviews that’s why I showed up and it seemed the prices where reasonable when I spoke to Sam over the phone… u didn’t even have the decency to confirm this with Sam u just gave it to me up the wasool. I only bought marker lights and had to pass on that fender because you’re nuts I won’t pay youre price. Go ahead and don’t help me out and honor a quoted price from a fellow owner / worker crush that car with the fender who cares let this review haunt you forever.

  Hi James. I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Let me make something very clear: we DO NOT hustle people. You called and were quoted $175 for the fender and $35 for the marker light. You called on 3-21-22 and the quote was entered into the computer @ 9:39am. I didnt need to confirm this with sam because her quote was on my computer screen. If you want to stop back i'll show you the screen with the quote and the time stamp. I can easily see how you may have heard seventy five when when we said one seventy five. We have a lot of good reviews because we are constantly trying to help our customers. All our cars eventually get crushed. I can assure you it won't haunt me if the fender is still on there when we crush it. I really hope you find the fender for your 1994 cutlass Supreme convertible in as good as shape as mine for $75.
