William and his team did an excellent job on recent cash out refinance for our house. The rate is very competitive and the service is great as well. William is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, he is able to answer all our questions during the refinance process. Processor Haolin is a hard worker and replies our email very fast. I highly recommend this company to anybody that has a mortgage need, especially William and Haolin!

Completely honest review: I would give 0 star if possible. The broker William Wu is super rude and has ZERO patience to answer your question. They expect all their customers to have as much mortgage knowledge as they do, and if you don’t, sorry, they will humiliate you and refuse to provide any services. I was soooooo shocked that for this company, questions are not accepted before making a mortgage decision. ??!! The WORST experience I’ve ever had!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
