      I have delt with a few people here at the Longview branch on the loop, and NOBODY makes you feel like a valued customer like Mr. Eric Rodriguez does. They do have great benefits and he has done an awesome job doin everything I need. To get the full on great customer service experience I recommend you ask for Eric. This 5 star review is for Mr Eric

      My 17 year old daughter went to the Gilmer branch to open a saving account for her scholarship money! When we got there they asked for DL and SS cards. I had all mine and my daughter had her DL but not her SS card but knew her number. A man that was not helpful at all tries to help us. I told him if it couldn’t be in her name then just put it in my name since I had the required documentation. He said NO! I then said excuse me?! Confused 🤔 He said he needed he SS to run credit! Here is the thing she is 17 and has NO credit! Austin Bank and the New CUTx opened an account without the SS card! We will not be back and the man was very rude and not helpful at ALL!
