      I was at this location 2 minutes ago. I brought a check pay to the order of "cash" instead of my name. Kyle Lei did not want to cash it because he couldn't verify if his customer wrote check to me. He insisted on getting my ID and still did not cash it. He made a call to his customer's & had no answer. What brothers me is that he did not get his supervisor"s advise. Every employee supose to solve to his best ability every transaction that comes to his hand. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a Chase account but I was in the area and needed some cash. I left bak without cashing check.
