      Called the bank to verify funds on issuer account. She was screaming at me because I wanted to verify the check was still good despite it being past six months, worse customer service I have ever encountered. Will never bank with these people, glad I don’t have any accounts with them

      Poor experience! When the security guard ruins the whole banking experience and the branch manager does nothing! It was very sad seeing the way the security guard was yelling customers, laughing on them, making gestures and getting mad. When a customer wants to provide feedback to the person in charge and he doesn’t want to listen, it’s definitely a poor experience. Thank goodness I’m not a customer of this bank branch and I’ll never be one. I think the community does not deserve this.
