  Edit: The VP gave me a call personally and outlined what he could and couldn't do for me and advised me on how best to proceed forward for a better resolution. Exactly what you hope for as a customer. Really disappointed with how this bank stays in contact with their members. an email, call, or text to let me know my account needed oversight was all that would have been necessary to remedy things. Unfortunately they don't have backup methods of contact it seems. A touch more humanity in these trying times would have been wonderful but again unfortunately they failed.

  East Wisconsin is a different kind of bank from my past experiences. They know me by name, they are all so friendly and kind. I love banking with them. They are always so helpful in any needs I have and take time to get to know me. I am very pleased I switched to them and have been with them a few years now.
