      Very shady operation. I took out a camper loan and they hid a secretive “insurance protection” that came directly out of the principal of my loan. I would have never agreed to this. Now I am jumping through hoops to get this canceled and their VP is totally unresponsive. Member there for 20 years and get treated total garbage. Not a way to treat any customer for that matter.

      I stopped in to get a roll of quarters. They asked if I was a member (I’m not). They said sorry - we won’t swap your $10 bill for a roll of quarters! I guess they don’t understand that non customers are prospective customers. I went down the street to Capital CU where I’m also not a member and got my quarters and a smile.
