      Edit as of 3/18/22 gave 2 more stars because it seems the issues with Atm deposits has been fixed. You guys will get that 5th star when there are pens in the atm lobby. For the last two months I get to ashmont after work and go to deposit my check and there is never a pen there.

      UPDATED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE; AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A LITTLE SUGAR FIX ON DECK. Update; eastern bank is just like all the other corporate financial entities; only seeing the bottom line. I don't know why I expected something different. Good marketing I suppose.
