      My non-English speaking mother is a regular client of this bank. They are super patient with her, explain everything she needs to know in her own language (Spanish). They have a wide range of retail banking products which is also convenient. They have online banking and ATM channels. There is a small parking lot of around six spots where fortunately I have always found one spot available. But you can also easily arrive by public transportation. Always clean office. The only area of improvement is that they should have more customer service / management employees or allow to do appointments to minimize the wait. Other than this, great service!

      Super disappointing. How does this bank changed its name and didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to be part of it. I didn’t find out until I received a card from Rockland trust with card a new pin number. I still haven’t been able to login.
