Their service is great - they went above and beyond to get my recent PPP loan approved. They were working on these for customers until late (9pm) nightly while my other local bank was not helpful with this at all. I highly recommend Eastern Norwell Branch to anyone.

I have a great relationship with Eastern Bank, but this branch is incompetent plain and simple. I use the branch that is closest to my work that we do our commercial business with, and I can't say enough good things about that team. This is the first time I have used this branch as it is closest to my house and I don't know if its laziness or incompetence, but neither are good.
