  My husband and I started looking for a home summer of 2021. We started with another lender and felt they weren’t a good fit. Maureen was recommended to us so we reached out to her. That was the best decision we made during the whole process. She answered all our questions and was always very prompt. She guided us through the process and made it as simple as it could be. I highly recommend her to anyone that is going to be purchasing a house. She is wonderful!

  Maureen has been fantastic from day one working with me. It was a long road with a crazy market and she did not skip a beat helping me every step of the way. If I ever have to do it again she would be the only person I’d call. And I am absolutely recommending her to everyone I know. I don’t think I could’ve done it without her help and positivity throughout what she has made an awesome adventure. I will never forget her and what she has done for me

  This was our first time purchasing a home. We have rented for years and knew it was time to take the plunge. Maureen Moriarty at Fairway was the best person for first time home buyers to deal with. She was not only knowledgeable about everything we needed to ask her but also incredibly patient at all times! Understanding all of the information coming at you is not easy and any and all questions we had were answered in a timely manner, actually pretty much immediately, both day and night. We are so grateful to her and her team for making this experience much easier and less stress provoking than it could have been!
