  They deposited a checking slip into my savings, then allowed my checking to overdraft, and charged me for it. Then two weeks later, sent me a letter saying I needed to be more responsible with my money. I filed a complaint and appealed the over draft, I was sent an email listing all the extra paper work I needed to file. I decided not to file it. Two months later I received a check in the mail. I closed my accounts with eastern bank after 6 years of banking with them, 3 months ago. I'm still getting bank statements from them saying I have a balance of $0.00 every month. I now bank elsewhere.

  I was working with Patricia Demarest who is Eastern bank in Falmouth Manager, Worst experience ever!! She did not reply back to most of my emails in the process of working on a equity line for me as well as she got a value of my house back from a company they use and the value was much lower than all comps in my neighborhood and she did not even try to get it adjusted to earn my business as a customer, I emailed her to tell her how unhappy I was with the all process and her, And she only emailed back saying they are working on the house value which she never did plus she did not reply back about me being unhappy with he!! She should be fired!!
