      I've been business-banking with this branch for going on 20 years. The staff is wonderful—friendly and professional. It feels like a small-town bank where you get to know everyone personally, just like great neighbors.

      I own a very small business and use my SS to work and when I went to deposit a check with my name and dba on it, the manager refused my deposit then refused to confirm the check with the other bank and my customer. Terribly inconvenient. Anytime I've had an issue with a check the manager would call the other bank. Sandra R Edey vp nmls Id 725448 is a bad branch manager and made me go to another branch and I lost 2 hours of work. I'll continue to use century but stay away from this branch, these people don't want to help you.

      Recently went through the loan process at this bank where we waited over two months to learn we had been rejected because they had NOT ASKED for the sufficient documents. There has been ZERO interactions along the way add no additional documents requested. We have gone through this process multiple times elsewhere and have never had this level of dissatisfaction and incompetence. Would not recommend given their lack of communication and understanding of the loan process.
