DO NOT USE THEIR ATM if you're banking with another institution!!!. Even though they're offering the service if anything goes wrong they will not helped you at all!!! My husband withdraw cash on Sunday and the machine swallow it back up. After that it was jammed and nobody could use it. The bank refused to give his money back to him! They said the other banking institution needed to initiate the complaint. We explained that it was a bank in the Philippines that there was 13 hours difference so it was impossible for them to call them, and that a lot of staff didn't speak English...THEY DID NOT CARE. Worse, they admitted that they were able to count the machine to verify our claim that the money was swallowed back but that they would not initiate that action! So pretty much unless you have months to waste hoping to get your money back if something goes wrong do not use their ATM to withdraw money from another account. They offer the service but they're not willing to back it up when their machine goes wrong. This is highly unethical!

I love this bank but the new atm machines all over town are a joke. If you aren't driving a truck, be prepared to park and stand at the atm.
