      The staff is so nice! Very helpful when I needed some questions answered as well. I am new to the area and getting a bank account set up was very easy. Been a customer now for a few months and I would recommend this bank to anyone!

      I’m a new customer. I’ve had a great experience with multiple staff as we opened multiple accounts over the past week. In-person, on the phone, in emails, in the drive-through- i have not had this much contact with my bank or credit union in years! And ECU has made it 110% a positive experience. We’re so glad we switched from the big financial orgs to our local credit union. They make it easy electronically too. Thank you!
