  I have worked with both Mario and Chris on a number of transactions throughout the years, and two so far this year. Having been a licensed Realtor for 16+ years, I have worked with many different lenders, and Mario and Chris have consistently shown to be among the highest and best. In particular recently, Mario was able to salvage a loan for me that another lender had denied, and bring it to closing within twelve days of receiving the file, an extraordinary feat considering the circumstances. They are prompt and professional, and show the highest level of customer service and integrity, both to me and my clients.
