  Julian was top notch the entire time. We got the clear to close 11 days after opening escrow and closed within 15 days!! Everything was lightning fast. But most critical was that Julian helped us with winning our bid for the house. There were multiple offers and although we had better terms quoting a 21 day close, we had previously placed an offer for 30k more. Julian took it upon himself to call the listing realtor directly to explain the feedback from underwriting; further explaining the facts to support our best offer. This conversation gave the listing agent the confidence that we would close without any issue, and that was certainly the case. Julian teamed up with our Realtor Huan Long as if they had worked with each other a million times before but this was their first time. We were updated each step along the way and I am forever grateful to Julian and Huan for helping us win a dream home for our family.
