      It has been nice to deal with a competent team. Bumps and turns in the process are to be expected in an ever changing lending market. The team at Econ helped us select the best product for our need and walked us through it all.

      Horrible communication. They will not return emails, or phone calls. Closing has taken longer than other companies. If you want to close in less than 45 days, stay away. Started application in Dec 2020, it's now May 21st 2021. Have not heard a reply or response since April 23rd after being told I was approved. This is my second experience with them. Both times things took significantly longer and had problems.
