  Heather Gustafson at Edina Realty is an exceptional agent in every way. She was always well-prepared, gave excellent advice, and was very professional while still being caring, reassuring and kind. Her follow-through on any issue or question was impeccable and prompt. She obviously understands the market and it shows.   Heidi and Brian Wiessner of Edina Realty in Eden Prairie are the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have bought three houses now and worked with six different realtors over my 22 year career in the Air Force (which makes one move around a lot). I can tell you there's a lot of variation in quality and responsiveness when it comes to realtors. If you're lucky enough to be reading this before you choose your next realtors, then you have hit the jackpot--because these two are the tops in quality, responsiveness, expertise, and just plain down to earth people skills. I did a lot of homework before I hired this team and I interviewed another "top" realtor in the Twin Cities area. The other realtor was impressive, but when they told me what they wanted to sell my house for, I was disappointed. When I interviewed Brian and Heidi, they provided me with a thorough analysis of all the houses in the area that I was competing with and extrapolated a better asking price for my house (higher than the others I interviewed) and justified it based on solid research. Win win, I thought. But the good experience did not stop there. Since I was selling my Twin Cities home whilst I was located in another state, they took every step to ensure that my house was looked after and presented itself well while I was gone. That is more than their job description requires, but they did it with aplomb and kept me informed every step of the way. They both had great ideas on simple upgrades I could do to make the house more appealing, and talked me off of the cliff when I wanted to do things that were unnecessary. Finally, when it came time to negotiate and close on the house, they were in my corner and fought for me at each crossroad. If you can access my other reviews, you'll see that I am not shy about being honest about what is good, and what is bad about others, but in this case, it was all good and I am happy to announce to you that these two are simply the best that I think you'll be able to find. I hope you get them, because they are gems in the real estate world and perhaps more importantly, as people too! Oh BTW, they did not ask me to write this review, as that is not their style; they're too modest for that, but I assure you they have been at this a very long time and are true experts!
