  Cynthia Theisen Mortgage Loan Originator at this location in Eden Prairie came highly recommended and I can see why! Cynthia and her team was amazing and made the mortgage process painless and easy! I’m a single person and worried about the mortgage process on my own. Anytime I had a question I could call or email and get a quick response. I have done the mortgage process a few times and by far Cynthia and her team made it so seamless! If you are buying a home I highly recommend Cynthia at US Bank. Thank you so much for making this such a worry free process for me!

  Initially during the application process everything was smooth and whenever I was asked about if there are any concerns, Cynthia kept saying no action item on my end and everything was going great until the night before the closing. Called her on the morning of closing and she said everything should be on time, so here i go to the closing agents office and closing agent says she did not receive the final statement from bank yet. When I call back to loan officer is when things have went in a very wrong direction. True customer service and professionalism only comes out when the problems arise and the way the situation is handled. When a delay occurred in getting the closing documentations and statements from bank to closing agent occurred, when I called to check in the situation my loan office chose not to explain what went wrong and why it had happened and what will be the resolution, instead Cynthia was just SCREAMING and SHOUTING at me over the phone trying to blame my real estate agent and my self for requesting the changes within 10 days of closing and simply hung up on me. If any of my change requests were going to cause delays I would have been very happy if so called loan advisor/officer would have raised the concern to me right away which 12 days before closing saying that those changes could cause delays in closing, but she didn't say a word and accepted the requests. And at the end when things didn't go as expected, in return she SCREAMED and YELLED at me as if it was my mistake. Doesn't matter whose mistake it is, this is very unprofessional to SCREAM, YELL and HANG UP a call and not responding to any follow-up calls while a customer is stuck at closing agents office without know what to do next. later on closing day she only responded to closing agents emails and never got back to me. I do not recommend Cynthia for dealing with your mortgage needs based on my experience. There is simply no justification for SCREAMING and YELLING at a customer.
