  We recently purchased our dream home using Matt Hobelsberger as our realtor from Edina Reality. He is the fifth realtor we have used and hands down will be our realtor for life! I thought we had good realtors in the past until we worked with Matt. He is absolutely amazing and on a whole different level than anyone we have ever worked with. Matt not only went to bat for us during the purchasing process to get us the best deal possible. He went above and beyond spending time researching the property and getting us answers about the property. He even got us answers to questions that we wouldn't have even thought about asking. In my opinion, that is one of the best qualities of an experienced realtor, banker, appraiser, home inspector etc. Someone you can have complete confidence with that they'll cover the things you might have left out. Just like buying a used car, I'd rather go take a test drive with a mechanic friend behind the wheel; Matt was our master mechanic. The research he did for us had to have taken hours of time!! He found tax records, utility records, property line history. Our property involved two loans; one for the home and another for land enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The government programs are often confusing and hard to interpret. Matt took time to find us answers about anything and everything involved with the home; and explain things in plain language that we understood. Even after the sale, Matt took time to reach out to the sellers on multiple occasions to get answers about the home after we moved in. If you want a realtor that will get to know you on a personal level and really do his due diligence on your behalf, this is your guy. Absolutely incredible!!
