      Karen was an incredibly rude lady Saturday! She called me to the counter & I waited for her to stop shuffling papers for about 2 minutes, then gave her my name & passcode, then she asked if I was the person of the name I gave her! It was downhill from there. Another lady actually let me go in front of her because she did not want Karen as her teller which says all you need to know. That was not a sincere or believable response. There should be a standard that Karen follows so that tellers don’t feel comfortable to treat customers this way.
