I told them that I was unemployed for a while and will be 1 payment behind until payoff with 8 payments left. I have 4 payments left. I was called this morning and tols I am tired of playing your games, over me being 3 days behind on sending them payment. Andrew is extremely unprofessional and threatened me with repossession with 4 payments left. Some of them are not understanding and get off on a power trip. I gave the car to a family memeber because I bought a 2016 cherokee CASH! But some of these individuals are truly the worst of the worst!!
