      One problem is the internal bank is never open anymore however they are great with drive thru services. Last week the worker handling the drive thru absolutely made my week! I came though the drive though right before they closed with account problems, my card wasn't working. I wish I had gotten his name to give him credit. He fixed my problem fast and I'm so happy with the service I received!

      It is impossible to get help from the Service Center over the phone any day of the week or time of day. Despite calling multiple times a day, I am always left leaving messages that are never returned. In the extremely rare moments I get ahold of someone, the help I need is not properly processed and I'm left calling again to remind them of what needed to be done next with my accounts. The lack of basic customer service and follow through is beyond frustrating.
