I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!!!

Two weeks ago,, I had an EECU employee (branch by the airport) tell me they could refinance my 6.5% loan into the current promotion rate of 4.5%. I couldn't refi at the time because I had to get to catch a flight. Today I come into the branch in Clovis on Fowler..."no we can't do that", even though the 4.5% rate is still being offered. Pathetic! I'll have the loan paid off in 6 months and NEVER come to EECU again. Central Valley peeps, stick with another CU and avoid this place.
