      Always top notch customer service! Very personable and quick service each time I go to the branch, chat online with a rep or through phone calls. They have an updated phone mobile App and it’s easy to use all their options to deposit and transfer money electronically. I’ll never go anywhere else for all my banking needs!

      I've never had such an awful banking experience in my life. Came here last month to set up autopay, they told me to just do it through the app. Tried that, and they want to send small transactions to my external bank account to link it. I never got these transactions. I go in a month later (today) INTO THE BRANCH, and after about an hour, no one was able to SET UP AUTOPAY? ARE YOU KIDDING? The rep then told me to just do it through the app again, even though I already tried this and can't get the small transactions! This is an awful branch and it seemed like 75% of the staff was brand new and had no idea how to even take a payment for my auto loan on top of all that.
