  This review of my experience is based on the Service Department. I’ve been coming here for years for service and never had an issue until the Pandemic, during the Pandemic Service greatly declined. My last Service Appointment in March 2022 was the last time I’ll ever have my car serviced here. All I had done was a routine oil change/tire rotation etc…however when I got my car back my driver side door was pushed in too far (someone took off the door or tighten the bolts of the door too much) and so my door kept scraping against my car and making a terrible sound every time I opened and closed it. 3 of my tire caps were never put back on (they were the original stock ones that were green and I really liked these 😔) so I had to buy new ones. And worst of all every-time I brake there was a terrible screeching sound. Now I just had my car service ( at a different dealership) for another routine oil change tire rotation etc and mentioned my brakes noises, come to find out the brake pad was half way off. 🤦🏽‍♀️ On my Rosen Kia service RO invoice they did look at my brakes but they apparently weren’t put back on correctly. Also , they rarely ever reset my service maintenance reminder light in my car even though on my Invoice it said they did. I am glad now the new dealership (Boucher in Racine) reset my maintenance light finally and got rid of my squeaky brakes, as my brakes are in great condition seeing as my car is newer.
